Start Your Chiropractic Journey with Us
To provide the most personalized and effective care possible, your first two visits will take place at our Oswego location, no matter which office you’ll regularly visit. These appointments set the foundation for your care:
Visit One: This is your comprehensive intake. We’ll go over your health history, wellness goals, and perform Insight nervous system scans—a safe, gentle, and non-invasive way to assess how your nervous system is functioning.
Visit Two: You’ll sit down with Dr. Nikki, our Webster-certified chiropractor, to review your scans, ask questions, and receive your first chiropractic adjustment.
Once these first two appointments are complete, you’re free to continue care at either our Pulaski or Oswego office—whichever location works best for you.

Dr. Nikki is passionate about serving pregnant moms, babies, kids, and families through every stage of life. She is the only chiropractor in Oswego County who is Webster-certified, a CACCP, and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
